Ya, that's what I would think, I remember almost everyone in their 20s being in perfect shape but their diet is very high in fat so maybe 5 extra pounds or so is common. The fattest nations on Earth aren't on that chart actually, it's Samoa and other islands in the South Pacific, they too eat a lot of fish and other fatty foods.
