As a med I can report this is 100% true, and most dont even look med, but actually look like north africans or arabs, the explanation is that when The romans built their empire they stole the "pretty girls" and bought them to italy, thats why italy girls are way prettier then the iberian ones, same happened with the portuguese and spanish empire, they invaded brazil, mexico, and other countries and reproduced with the native americans, making most people here look ethnic, sure there are really good looking meds like jon kortejana, alessandro delissola etc but on average I would say,
