put a 45 lb plate on each side of the bar, elevate your heels with 2 plates or a piece of wood or something, squat 5 reps at a time, go until you cant, then go some more. if you can do 50 clean reps with 135 lbs in a single set you will probably have a top 1% natural physique. most cannot do this. each rep must be engage with legs, no letting your spine bend forward and engaging to much glutes and lower back.

you want to look exactly like this on your decent and coming up, back should not bend forward more than 10-20 degrees.

Most people have shit squats because they so use their glutes to control their weight at the lower portion of the squat.

ive done shit like this(although more like 30 reps) and my libido was supercharged a whole three days after this but would Mentzer approve of this style?
