put a 45 lb plate on each side of the bar, elevate your heels with 2 plates or a piece of wood or something, squat 5 reps at a time, go until you cant, then go some more. if you can do 50 clean reps with 135 lbs in a single set you will probably have a top 1% natural physique. most cannot do this. each rep must be engage with legs, no letting your spine bend forward and engaging to much glutes and lower back.
