it‘s mild if you don‘t over do it and otherwise take good care of your skin

a light tan is such a huge SMV boost that it outweighs the few wrinkles you get in your 30s

otherwise the regular skin-care with sun screen moisturizer etc

can‘t even tell you how often girls commented on my „beautiful skin“


also self-tanners or melanotan 2 don‘t even come close because they miss the healthy red-ish undertone

not sure tbh. amnesia is 32 and has been tanning for a decade, if you don't over-do it and otherwise take good care it shouldn't be so tragic.

I think it depends on a lot of factors, idk but to me it seems like a huge looksmin after a while. Amnesia is just one case and he is in his early 30s. My dad worked as a contruction builder all his life (so outside under the sun) and his skin started to deteriorate in his mid 30s, however he is a smoker too so idk how much that influenced, studies seems to show that tanning is the single thing that make your skin age the most tho.
