In 1909, the average American consumed:

- 3,400 calories

- Higher per capita consumption of saturated fats compared to modern Americans, especially butter, milkfat, lard, and tallow

Yet they had much leaner bodies than modern Americans do today, especially having far lower rates of obesity

heart attacks were very rare back then and so was type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

Seed oils, sugar, processed food, carbs, and industrial additives are really what makes a person fat alongside sedentary lifestyles.

Cholesterol is absolutely necessary to produce testosterone and it is found in milk fat and animal fat, when people started to cut the fat, that is when testosterone levels began to drop.

calories work, but eating foods like that and a combination of daily steps and a lot of sports make the work.

i myself eat only fruits and animal products, since feb to be exact.

best decision i ever made.
