Mods how to get name back?

Question for the mods, I made an acc a few years ago but idk if it was cookies being blocked or something but it's unusable on the site. I can login in fine but can't access the site. Anyway, I bought vip recently to change my name but it says the name I want is taken (taken by other unusable account). Can I get that name back for my active account since the other account is inaccessible?

I’m going to be real with you I’ve never seen this before. If your name is taken by an old account that was failed to be registered I don’t believe you can have the name. An admin may possibly be able to help you. I personally do not have the permissions to edit/alter anyone’s usernames.

What's the account name? I can even merge the accounts so you'd get your original join date back.
