nah like i think promoting lgbt is banned but he is not promoting, If mods had to ban according to those rules most of them would be banned on offtopic. apart from not long ago there was a gay mod who even posted photos with his boyfriend.so as long as he don't constantly post LGBT things, there is no reason for ban.
