you only count as ascending if you go from 18 further on, NEVER BEFORE

BEFORE THAT IT IS AGING!

you're only a man and only really improving after you're fully developed as a man, being a kid and then an aduld is not ascending no matter what you do.

unless we're talking about building muscle from 16yo foward and even like that still most of the times it is just aging as well

doesn't matter, you don't ascend from kid to adult, you ascend as adult to adult... everything else is just aging

if you look better or worse in these age bracket you just aged not ascended or descended, kids don't have SMV, kids are kids...

I guess, maybe it's because i'm biased as i'm a kid right now and seeing the multitude amount of things I can do to look better in the future. But I honestly believe starting young is better than ascending as an adult, your more likely to see results as you're still growing and just overall will see better improvement, because as what you said you're aging and nothing in your body is final yet.
