If you're norwooding you should get that resolved asap. Depending on how fast it's going, I could even recommend Minoxidil/Finasteride although you're young.

I only have slight reccession. The real problem for me is that it seems to just be a high forehead/ high set hairline. That's why I think ima just dip to turkey next year or the one after

I have a high forehead as well but you can fraud this with a fringe hairstyle easily. Just make sure you're not actually losing hair.
