Obviously, face > height, but beyond a certain point, height becomes niche and would only hurt you, so you wouldn't expect the function to be constantly increasing (the other factors held constant). I'm not sure about that. Even with perfect proportions, a person would begin to look clumsy. And would the head continue to grow too? The difference in skull volume would be ridiculous.
