what makes the good ones work and how do I look like that more consistently

shape eyebrows and use monoxidil to grow them and get a nice haircut maybe taper with hairline, good appeal for shaniquasssss.
pretty average looking nothing special, but really tall with height included def above average, but face only like, i said pretty average.
