Mogger bias at my company?

At my internship it’s 70% skewed towards moggers and foggers, legit irl cls and sls. Of course the other 30% are currycel nerds like me but it seems to me that there is obvious mogger bias going on here. Is there a correlation? I don’t like getting my day ruined tbh I might quit soon and sue them for this
