How to grow lashes like maybe double it and increase the density I know dyeing it black makes it look better and also for the eyebrows u use topical minoxidil and what if I stop using the minoxidil will the thicker brow return to its natural shape like return to the old density and is there a way to get permanent results for the lashes and brows or do I have to fraud and cope forever?

yes topical minox/oral minox/latisse is your best bet for lashes/brow, if you stop it gradually returns to baseline over weeks/months so results do last but not forever, it will not be worse than before just baseline
at worst worst you can get a hair transplant

otherwise frauding is the answer, dying/tinting or whatever you can do

im pretty sure oral grows em quicker and darker. Also, u can use topical but don apply it directly on your lashes. People use it on their eyebrows, this means it can also migrate to the lashes without irritation and make them grow. Its slower but safer.
