Monday: Push workout, 4 sets chest,12 sets delts, 6 sets triceps, first set of each group is warmup last is power set, free weights 6-10 reps 80% RM with 2 reps RIR, machines go to failure 8-12 reps
Tuesday:Pull workout,16 sets lats and middle traps, 6 sets bicep, same intensity as push day
Wednesday:Neck, just throw heavy curls and extensions,4 sets each and some work with bands.
Thursday:Rest
