Monday: Push workout, 4 sets chest,12 sets delts, 6 sets triceps, first set of each group is warmup last is power set, free weights 6-10 reps 80% RM with 2 reps RIR, machines go to failure 8-12 reps

Tuesday:Pull workout,16 sets lats and middle traps, 6 sets bicep, same intensity as push day

Wednesday:Neck, just throw heavy curls and extensions,4 sets each and some work with bands.

Thursday:Rest

Friday:1 hour boxing class, good cardio and NT activity, 2 weeks ago I raped a bald 25yr old sparring, pumped on Anadrol, very dopamine inducing

Saturday:Swimming, 1 hour high intensity and sauna after

Sunday: fap

Cândido 6 week is the best program I ever ran
 
Made me stronger it was fun looked my Best and you are pushed to put exercises for muscle groups you are lacking at the end of workouts

so u really only do 2 workouts a week. the rest is bs cope. interesting ngl
