Have you tried using less? I used to get oily and it'd shine however I decreased how much I used and it stopped

Legit. Even "all skin types" moisturizers are garbage and still give you that oily glow for hours

Do you take hot showers? Showering with only cold water is what helped me get rid of that shiny skin after effect. And you have to make sure your skin is completely dry before applying moisturizer. Gently pat your face with a towel a lot before applying anything

Moisturizer and sunscreen both leave a shiny residue. This whole needing to absorb it by using the right one for your skin type is nonsense lol. I put on lotion and then a few minutes later, I lightly rinse my face with water. That's way I've found to moisturize my skin in the morning without having greasy skin all day.
