Moisturizer+SPF

Ive been using the ORIGINAL moisturizer with natural factors and combined it with a neutrogena spf 50+ clear skin but everytime i sweat it starts pilling and when I touch my face it crusts and rolls off like rubber crumbs. Ive been waiting to put spf on after tge moisturuzer stays on for 10-15 min but nothings working. Im 15 w forehead wrinkles, how can I fix this? And what moisturizer+ spf combo can i use?
