Molar Extraction

I'm getting my second upper molars removed, will this affect my maxilla?
Possibly I'll get my lower second molar removed but the right side only, is there still hope?

I had both molars and a wisdom tooth extracted from my bottom right side. And I noticed a change in my face, my jaw looked smaller and softer than the left side of my face. So I believe there will be a noticeable change. If you can you should consider dental implants. I got some to replace my molars but it was years after the extraction that I finally got crowns for the implants, the crowns and chewing would have probably stopped some of my bone atrophy.

For me my maxilla actually gotten better idk if it was puberty or not
