Molar or premolar chewing? Which one mogs and why?

Ive heard molar chewing causes chipmunk face and you will just look bloated. I havent heard anything about premolar chewing tho

I had a hole in one of my molars and i was forced to chew on the other side and its more developed now and i want to even the left side by chewing more but idk if molar or premolar. Its not cope if you are in puberty like me
