Mole on dick normal?

Was shaving my dick today and discovered a strange mole/blood vessel on my shaft. Never had it before, should i get it checked or is it normal? It doesn't hurt or itch, just suddenly appeared. Does anyone else have experiences with random moles appearing on their dick? Worried it could be penile cancer or genital warts/HPV

Shittt im scared man, I had some random girl suck my dick like a month ago so Idk if she had smth
