mole removal on ethnics

my skin is slightly dark but not like indian more like med. one of the biggest falios i have is my moles. they arent too big but are enough to make a difference and are still growing.

first, how do i get my derma to remove them and if not where else can i go?

second, are the scars very bad on ethnic skin and will it make my face look worse?

i think they can use liquid nitrogen to freeze them off and remove them but there will still be some type of evidence that something was there like a dark pigmentation in that area or sum
