nah tbh they will go away when you stop using melanotan for months.,

After discontinuation they’ll fade away over time. Another option is getting them removed surgically

I've heard different things about mt2 moles tbh
When you stop using it they will fade away but perhaps not entirely, it seems like the majority of moles, freckles, sunspots etc from mt2 fade away entirely but you can still be left with some of them, at that point I would visit a derm, probably blast some IPL or get them cut out surgically.
