Moles while taking melanotan

I have alot of birthmarks / moles in my face already naturally (am going to get them removed eventually), sort of like this:

Fake tanning is kind of annoying to apply so im considering hopping on mt1/2 but im just scared of me getting even more molemaxxed. What are the effects like on melanotan?
