so ive earlier confronted my mom, indirectely, with the bp. i asked her if looks and height matter and she stated no to me and denied even though i presented her the litterly studies.
and so today my little brother came and told my mom that he have gotten a girlfriend, luckily for him, but idk how my mom came to that topic but she eventually asks him how tall she is to my little brother(he is still in young puberty) and she is 3 centimeters or so to my little brother. and i do not fkn kid you my mom litterly started nearly crying, like i could just hear the pain in her voice, her smile faded so fucking quickly, while she litterly blamed my little brother for how bad that was. i honestly feel really bad for him, fucking rude of my mom tbh. i actually feel hatred towards my mom after this, like it just confirmes bp so well. before that my little brother even said how well theyve been making out but still did my mom think that it was the end of the world only because of 3 centimeters.
later same day we talked about a movie we both have watched and she rambles about how pretty the actor is and how she just can tell he is smart and funny in real life outside of his character even though she have never seen anything but movies with him. like i just feel that she is so stupid for saying that, she have no fucking idea how he is in real life, but that really confirmed the halo effect of looks for me.
