My mom took me to a psychiatrist first thankfully. I just lied my ass off and the psychiatrist said I didn’t have any problems so my mom chilled out a bit. Im glad she didn’t take me to a therapist first because they would probably talk my dumbass mom into buying a years worth of sessions.
