I rec therapy to everyone it's really good, especially if you're young or a bit of a yapper. What I will say though is men need goals. I think it wouldn't hurt to do those things but if you're rotting outside of therapy and doing nothing it's pointless. Have goals and achieve them also surround yourself with friends if you have that privilege. God speed.
