I prefer an elected dicatorship, and not some random faggot who's in power just because of blood. This way, you can have the "firm and establish ruler", while also having the masses bear the responsibility of their actions, because they are the ones who voted him into power.

Stalins policies however brutal, turned russia from an agricultural backwater, to a literal global power that only the united states could compete with.

Jfl a divine crown is infinitely much more corruptible since the person wearing it can claim to be communing with their god who tells them that he/she gives them the go ahead with whatever actions they choose to make. I.E. no fear or sense of accountability, since that responsibility is laid upon an entity that can't even be proven to exist in the first place and that no one can actually commune with besides said ruler.

Whereas a dictator is responsible to the masses he rules over, an entity that is very real.

You are probably referring to countries who were formerly apart of the USSR. Yes, they are all corrupt because of the power vaccum left in the wake of the dissolution of the USSR. In which former politicians swarmed in and became corrupt oligarchs who were in control of russian natural resources like the oilfield while the rest of 95% of the population were just normal people who were in control of nothing. Jfl this is a natural thing that happens to any country regardless of their governmental system, when a stable former governmental abruptly collapses out of nowhere, people and organizations from all sides of the spectrum swarm in and try to vie for power, the normal people are caught in the crossfire of this power struggle, and suffer as a result.
