Lwk got questions about being a lawyer OR a psychiatrist after university. I mean for anyone with those jobs or in the process of getting them. Whats the process and is it worth it?? And I guess is it appealing to women to have one of these jobs?? Like I have the genetics to MAYBE at my max reach LHTN, and im gonna be 6'1 - 6'2 ( doctors prediction + im 6 foot and 3 quarters of an inch right now, I have 5 months until I turn 16, and my dad stopped growing at 19 {he was like pretty poorly nutritoned and stuff too so yeah}) , so I want a job or something else that 1. adds to appeal 2. well, makes me money.

i m like in the Bay Area so honestly like even a decent income to just live here is like 200k istg (lowkey a MINIMUM) . But I might maybe move? Im not really sure man, js tryna make it past hs and ascend so I can make it good in college and beyond.

Lawyer is more appealing but its really 75% law to 100% depending on what course but im going to assume criminal so if so then it becomes 75% law and 25% confidence and looks after all appearances are the mans key

my doctors predicition i used hate when my friends said this shit your doc can't read ur genome, al he cand do is estimate

but anyways good career paths

I get law but why psychiatry in particular probably one of the most draining professions you could choose after med school

If you do contract law housing disputes and other types of law it doesn't matter how subhuman you are but if your in a public place it helps a lot to be decently good looking and have a lot of arrogance and confidence

Um it makes a ton of cash, and from what ik it's a bit more striaghtforward. For making 200k as a lawyer you need a good amount of experience and stuff. From what ive heard once ur done w residency and start at a hospital, u make like 350k as a psychiatrist js as a starting point, and it can increase from there

Your not too far off if you live in a bay area youll probably start making 250-275k as a base salary right out of residency, which will later on reach about 335-350k, if your main priority is money id consider radiology and anesthesiology aswell both are reletaively laid back out of residency radiology has a base salary of 350-450k whilst anesthesiology has a base of 350-420k, this is just base pay(excluding bonuses)
