Then i bought a 100 dollar steam card using a vpn to make it seem like the charge was far away as fuck (dont know if its needed i just did)
after i emailed the dispute company or whatever saying it was some hooligan in africa or sum bull shit far as fuck away and said they sniped my card
they respond back making you fill a dispute form + proof of purchase
took them like 2 months though but wait is pretty worth it
