I've known this kid for 8 months or so now by the name of Alex Natroshivili and his dad owns an online casino and he's a billionaire. They have the most expensive watches in the world as well as the best home in Monaco. If you are in your teens and you're born into a family of billionaires, it doesn't really matter what you look like if your family has money.
This kid has a girlfriend who is much better looking than him on the scale and he still got with her.
My point being that after a certain point, money becomes more important than looks by a mile. If you know about the 'Bojack and Skablat' thing that went on a few months ago, you would know that she chose the owner of Cal AI who is ugly as fuck over Bojack. Not being a Bojack glazer or anything but it just shows that you can get anyone you want if you have A LOT of money.
In addition to this, if you have all of the money in the world, you can just get and surgery that you want with the best doctors in the world and get the best care provided to you.
Money > Looks
