So I’m planning a trip to LA to ascend in a few months and there I will have a consultation meeting with both my surgeons, one for orbital rim implants and canthoplexy and the other for genioplasty (sliding genio) and bsso mandible lengthening. I’m wondering if I should get fat grafting additional or as a general alternative opposed to the rim implants;
Here I’m planning to do mainly Supra implants but also ask the doc for his option on infras and other eye area enhancing procedures.

For the mandible length and chin projection problem I have I’m considering double jaw surgery instead of just sliding genio, and what do you think abt the bsso surgery for jaw lengthening? Can this fix asymmetry aswell?

As far as orthodontics go I’m planning on a very subtle expansion of the upper palate using a MSE expander for under eye support, smile mogging, oral volume, dental arch but mainly to even out the unevenness I have going on and after this i plan on getting invis align plus teeth whitening to finish the whole ascension off.

My starting point you can see as reference in the added pictures, I’ve taken multiple from various angles rate give opinions and most importantly give surgery suggestions or other advice to slay

Honestly you look pretty good. I don’t see the need for jaw surgeries but fixing the under eye will help you a lot. Other than that , enjoy ur money elsewhere.

Good front bbc

1. Double jaw surgery
2. Orbitale decompression
3. Infraorbital implants (very small and with no malar component) or fat grafts to the undereyes
4. Rhinoplastie with radix augmentation and projection

How is your occlusion?
Post a pic with wide smile from front and side

orbital decompression can do the job for him
Yes sure retard, instead of advancing his bones in the right direction and give him incredible breathing improvements, lets cut the eyes deeper inside.

You never had a scan or consultation done and it shows. Retards like you are the reason no high IQ users are left here. Joined 2025 btw :lul:

But its actually good because it will minimize normie competition (y)

im getting mine in 9 months my guy wants someone to get a lf3 for bulging eyes its insane that people like you think they know anything even for a standard prodecure, a high lefort1 cut wouldnt do shit for the eyes

Yes correct that why he has to get a lefort 2 at least to move the nasion and not OD.

I agree. Going through super invasive procedures when he already has a decent frontal view doesn't seem worth it to me.
I agree, I’d like to get the most results with least invasive procedures hence why I don’t really like the idea of lefort2/3

Sliding genio and Supra implants and or fat grafting all don’t seem super invasive to me compared to let’s say lefort 2

I agree, lf3 I just overdoing it atp.
I absolutely hate my bulging eyes but man there are definitely other better ways to get this fixed, no need to get a surgery designed for extremely severe cases

I would add in jaw implants to have more visibility instead of rhinoplasty since his nose fits his phenotype

I’m very unsure about bulging eye procedure aswell as rhino with radix augmentation (no idea what radix augmentation even is tbf)

I’m also unsure about wether I should go for infra and Supra orbital rim implants or fat grafting for the eye area, or both.. no clue tbh

As for the smile I think mine is good, I’m planning on getting some ortho treatments before the surgeries anyway - that being MSE for very mild expansion to correct the unevenness in my palate and create more oral volume which hopefully also help with breathing, undereye support and zygos and after that Invisalign plus bleaching to top it off and smile mog

I can post a picture of my smile from front and side later

I can see jaw implants making more sense, never thought about my nose being an issue tbh. Will probably get bsso with ccw rotation and ramus widening + genio and lipo/neck lift for the visibility of the jaw. Then see if I need to work with implants or wtv
