You’ve got to be totally attention deprived and thirsty to choose looks first. No other explanation.
What will you achieve with those looks? Friends who’d treat you better on the superficial basis you’re not revolting anymore? Women who have a roster of other good looking guys that aren’t as strange as you? An entire generation of promiscuous women at easier access for you? A non existent modelling career or acting career?
