If your competitor is also ripping the content with no issues, I see no reason to not also rip the content lol.

Just go on Upwork and pay a cheap editor to completely re-edit the vid so Facebook's algorithm sees it as fresh content.
You can of course also do it yourself.
Just inverting is not enough imo, you need to completely change it. Give your own twist to it.

If he runs well with it, outscale him asap. Facebook ads is an auction. Whoever throws the most money against the ads, gets the sales.

Just make an advantage+ campaign with all your creatives on like 200 bucks a day and let it rip. If you are not getting sales after 1-2 days, you might need better content.

I am living off e-commerce for years now. Just recently started this new venture by expanding outside of European markets and just shared my recent results. I don't need to sell a course to make money.
By doing this for years, I know how to implement systems to reduce the workload for me. It's not like I had no knowledge, no employees, no systems in place, and I just did 40k cad in a day while still posting on forums.
Let me be clear: I am constantly alert on Slack, even on weekends. I know how to lead my team.
I just come on here in my free time as I enjoy it and actually am in the process of getting bimax soon.

However, the core in ecommerce is your product and advertising. It's what brings my sales in. This can easily be copied by a bunch of kids. They will probably even 1 on 1 copy my website which whill hurt my business' rep. At the end of the day I am trying to build a solid business that can exit in a couple of years.

Like I said, the speed at which I am operating right now is crazy, even for me.
I hope to build this business out much further and exit it, so I can retire early.
Note that these are just my ambitions, and only time will tell how things will end.
