You legally can (if in US.) I am 14 and I am working at a local restaurant, apply to places locally, you probably wont get into a big establishment like mcdonalds cause they usually hire at 16

or try to work at some random mexican restaurant, if youre lucky they might hire you under the table (my sister was working at 13)

Fs just bone structure and eye area structure need to be good/decent, almost everything else can be changed. Skin, grooming, hair, body, lips, and minor can all be changed for the better as a teen
