Don't listen to jokers saying "muh, only looks matter". As if money doesn't??? With money, you can looksmax further, live comfortably, etc.
By the way, you're average Joe can only reach htn-cl max, even with surgery. So focusing on getting rich is probably better than focusing on looks.
