So we all know India has like zero police (max $10 USD bribe to get rid of them) and security cameras and shit and nobody gives a shit about the 1.6 billion poor brown peasants on the streets.

Grab some ex-military guys (Blackwater, etc) and secure some contracts with hospitals, research facilities or UHNWI around the world to sell them organs at a reasonable price ($50K per kidney, $150k per heart, etc).

Go on the streets of Indian cities with your small army of heavily armed ex-military thugs and start grabbing Indians back to your lab, cut them up for their organs, freeze and ship them off to your customers worldwide.

Hypothetical Cash Flow of an Operating Day:

Revenue: $80 Million (100 Peasants Grabbed, 8 Organs on Average Per Peasant, $100K USD on Average Per Organ)

COGS: $27K (50 Armed Thugs, $200K/year Salaries)

Dissection Costs: $5.5K (4 Surgeons, $500K/year Salaries)

Shipping/Packaging Costs: $7500 (~800KG of organs, $5K freezer + freezing agents, $2.5K shipping container to EU/US)
