I don't think that this height would be suitable for combat, especially while mounted; the ideal would be something like short legs and long arms

I mean in armed combat the biggest guy will just be killed by a single arrow (cuz he's big and easy target) and fighting from the saddle when you're big is also difficult and uncomfortable and your back will hurt.

In an unarmed brawl the biggest guy will just smash everyone.
