Yes, some Mongols had R1b as well. Nowadays, it’s mainly found in West Europeans, South Europeans and Central Asian Bashkirs. R1 originated in Siberia, so that’s why R1a and R1b is found across Eurasia. There’s also R1b in Africa, from a back-migration.

Mainly Spanish (Catalonian + Basque) and Japanese, some French and some unknown Northern European.
You can tell her that MyHeritage is very flawed when it comes to their ethnicity breakdowns, it’s a very common issue. They are assigning ethnicities that they don’t belong to genetically. AncestryDNA is the best one, but it doesn’t give haplogroups (that tracks people’s ancestors), 23andme does gives haplogroups (but women only get their maternal haplogroup since they only have the X chromosome, men get both since they have both X and Y). LivingDNA gives deeper subclades of haplogroups but their ethnicity breakdowns aren’t good either for non-English people. I still would recommend using it if you’re male (plus it’s also easy to do, a cheek swab test instead of a spit tube test (23andme, Ancestry).
