Not monolids but epicanthic folds can be found in northern euros, irish and berbers

I partially agree, it just seems like you are exaggerating a bit. Most Asians naturally have double eyelids. The vast majority of Asians just don't have the well-developed compact orbitals, it's what they lack the most and it makes the Asian eye look protruding/shallow-set.
