Is minoxidil gains permanent/long lasting? See studies saying that eyebrow growth stops once you stop taking it and studies saying eyebrow growth stays. Also is topical or oral best for eyebrows?

Yes the hairs growth cycle wont shorten even after you cease to use the compound that lengthens the growth cycle in the first place.

Really? Everything I've read says that once you discontinue minox, you get hair shedding and revert to where you would have been without it. This would be welcome news! Or are you referring to just eyebrows?

I was just joking around. And yeah true, some gains are permanent. Atleast according to widespread anecdotal evidence.

The growth stays in most cases, though not always so watch out, some people respond different to minoxidil, some see gains and they stay, some see gains, and they vanish as soon as they stop taking it, some never even see gains. Highly dependant on your unique biology. Anyway, oral minoxidil is usually better suited for hair loss in the scalp, so just stick to topical minoxidil, less side effects overall and it's a much more targeted approach.
