TL;DR
Month 1 was chaos since I had so many things to improve on. Month 2 was clarity since I learned which things I should focus on, in this case, less is more. I'm trying to make a few small changes into consistent daily habits, focusing on too many things is cope .

I’ve made no visible progress IMO, maybe even look worse...

Sadly, I feel it looks more like Before Vs Before. I got some feedback saying I look autistic and miserable in all my pictures, so I tried to smile, now hopefully I just look autistic. Photos are from last week when I went to see family, I know the angles are not ideal etc but thought these photos would be more accurate than some selfie or screenshot on Zoom, which I used before in a post, and they made me look better, which made me think I had improved.

I’ve actually started doing the boring daily work that makes results inevitable if I stay consistent (mewing-wise I started today and ordered a jawliner arriving next week, minoxidil and finas take a while to see results but if I start daily now it will be easier to track things month by month )

Also, because I spend so much time thinking about looksmaxing now that I'm aware how chopped I am it makes it easier to change, before family and friends would be like 'bruh you don't even look that bad ' but obviously I've never had a gf now will I ever have one looking like this but only the people here will admit it, I know when it comes to relationships that it's immature to think if I just look better that will change, its also going to be my personality, status and probably everything tbh that needs improving and even when I reach a decent point I should not try to hope some female will make my life better.

I got feedback in my last posts that I'm wasting time with all this, and just need to get money asap and get surgery, like 20% of the comments seem like that and sure, maybe there are some things I cannot fix naturally and if I had money I should fix it with surgery asap but I don't have the money and have so much to improve on naturally, I can fix issues with money but without any understanding of what caused them my lifestyle and habits will screw me over long term , e.g I got told to correct posture so started sitting straight on my PC and now I have back ache, so now I'm realsing my posture before was bad ( slouched on keyboard ) and resulting in a bunch of issues but now, even the solution which I thought was easy ( just remember to straighten back ) is more complex than I thought and is a habit I need to study and repeat daily for the rest of my life to actually fix, even if I got some back surgery or something I would still bend over to type on my keyboard. ( current fixes are to type without looking or to get an adjustable desk )

TL;DR
  • My photos still look mid.
  • My sleep is trash some nights.
  • My meals are inconsistent.
  • My lifestyle has been reactive, not built.
  • I wasted time looking into surgeries and advanced routines before I even built a consistent sleep-wake cycle or a single meal I eat daily.

📈 What Actually Improved

🔁 Habits

  • Wake time is now consistently 6–7am.
  • Running daily (was 5km → now 6–10km/day). Few off days due to injury from the increase but hopefully should adapt soon, Goal is 10km daily in 40 min, currently at 50 min
  • Added consistent daily shake (morning): whey + milk + oats + pumpkin seeds + spirulina
  • Evening: variable high-calorie meal to hit baseline macros + calories.

🧬 Protocol Additions

  • Starting Finasteride + Minoxidil daily this month (brows, hairline, preventative).
  • Started mewing (daily reminders, tracking tongue placement + posture).
  • Started collagen for long-term skin/joint quality.
  • Tracking sleep time + aiming to increase slowly.

I will probably not see any changes for at least 2 months from these, even if I manage to make them daily habits and don't miss a day, mewing and running will be the hardest ones. Probably made these too long but I mainly just make these for myself now to track progress. might make some actual side profile pictures or something soon so its easier to visualise change/ lack of it

Don't run either sprint or incline walk

Cover your forehead , thicker eyebrows also dye them black
I don't really know about the glasses you probably should lose them
Consider using hydrocortisone on nose to shrink it abit
Check @xnj thread about it for full instructions

Start using contact lenses and get a rhinoplasty if you can.

  • Running vs sprint: My goal right now is to lock in any cardio habit. Once that’s solid, I’ll experiment with sprints or incline walks for conditioning.

Forehead/eyebrows: I’m tracking minoxidil+finasteride for brows and hairline. Will look into eyebrow dye once I see initial regrowth.

Contacts: ✔️ ( i went for the appointment where they try to open your eye and put them in and they couldn't because I have a strong reflex or something, so they said practice at home, then rebook )
Rhino: I’ll fund that once I’ve mastered the basics. No point cutting corners on habits if I can’t maintain them post-op. it seems to be the biggest issue with my face everyone mentions but I'm also a mouth breather so I know fixing that can impact nose positioning but it would take like a year of consistency also even with a perfect nose I would still be ugly but also poorer which is why I say I have so much to improve naturally first

I feel you. It took me 30 minutes to an hour to put a contact in for the first time (8th grade, they wouldn't let me leave until I did it).
Also, how much protein do you get in a day? I, personally, aim for 1 gram per pound of body weight (so 138 for me).
But yeah, don't give up, keep working, and you'll be bound to undergo some level of improvement, aesthetic or mental.

hey bro. i gotta say you're is actually decent. i recommend you use minoxidil for beard and brows. also grow a moustache because your upper lip is super thin.

8th grade?? damn, I need to lock in asap then, can't be struggling with this at 23, did you start off with the daily ones first then get the ones that last a month later? I am interested in the coloured ones etc since my eyes look almost black which is bad but guessing they're more efficient to get in monthly form or did you just stick with daily for special occasions?

Protein wise I take like 30g whey protein a day I would take more but its lowkey expensive and I don't exercise enough to justify it , I'm also like 75-80kg so would need a ton I think.

I can't believe it's been almost a month so I'll be making another monthly post again, but thanks for replying to this one anyway. I can't say much has changed tbh which is disappointing but I'll post pics anyway because I hate doing it and it keeps me somewhat accountable. Running wie I realised I can do 10km 50 min fairly easily BUT because I have no muscle to support the impact I get an injury most times so I'll train for the charity run this month then cut back to 10km 3x week , idk how much cardio other people do but 6imo I don't really have the fat to burn.

Hair is a bit different since 1 month of minox and finas since so maybe over next 2 months will be physical change ig compared to the thing I have as my pfp ( pineapple cut ) realised mykeyboard is broken typing this so gotta fix now

Thanks, bro, I started using minox on hair and sometimes 1 drop for each brow. idk if I want to grow a beard yet since I want to make sure I do something about my jaw first and then I might try one , same for moustache, I'll see what I can do about the lips but if unfixable I guess can get one

don't eat oats and don't eat seeds, oats are peasant food. You're better off just cooking scrambled eggs than eating that shit

Nothing you’re doing will make much difference (except with hair loss). I'm assuming you're probably already fairly lean, so getting leaner won’t change alot. Even so, I’d focus on leaning out more and start saving up for surgery.

why are you trying to eat high calorie meals? you have alot of face fat so u should you try to lose it? do you think: better physique>less face fat ?

also use derma roller or stamp
