month long experiment

ive decided to go all in for a month, if i see progress i keep going w what i was doing, if not i return to what ive been doing which is js gym, skincare healthy diet, training masseters and fixing posture.

I will be adding neck curls and chin tucks to my routine aswell as more posture fixing exercises to correct my slight anterior pelvic tilt. for context im already quite advanced in the gym w a good physique, but ill be eating in a slightly bigger surplus than what i have been for this experiment. i will also be microneedling consistently like twice a week then maybe ramp it up to 3 times a week. my question is what else should i add? im not posting my face on here bc im not risking anyone finding ts but im already probably hmtn. at the end of the experiment ill also dye my eyebrows and shit js to give me a better idea of where i really am. so ye if anyone wants to give me some good recommendations for things to add pls do. for context ive js come off cjc and ipamorelin which gave me decent results, but i stopped bc my mum found them but she didnt really give a shit js told me to stop. havent slowed down in the gym at all since, infact ive prob progressed faster, might still have elevated igf levels or smt. so ye reply if u want.

Find a better hiding spot lol, start height frauding, skin frauding and get sub 10% brah

lower bodyfat will happen after ive built the physique i want, i dont get any major bloat or anything from being in a surplus so ima js ride it out for another couple months, then i will cut
