Yeah I stopped taking mine I'm gonna be back on it

dial in your estrogen. quick hack to mitigate e2 side effects is to have a dht compound in (mast,var,etc but careful if you value your hair). i dont know why but dht compounds pretty much negate any high e2 side effect

The unstable mood is caused by low estradiol and estrogen . Estrogen is very important for mental health in general, so crashing it is a horrible idea.
