but main problem with utilitarianism is its "common good" nature. i honestly dont' give a shit about living beings outside of myself so that common good mindset seems weird to me

me neither but strangely i practice kindness whenever i can, and i probably only do it to further realize myself. i'd only be puny to be the bearer of suffering, its not up to me to decide who or what suffers, or who or what is worthy of life, or rather conscious experience, which is inherently valuable, even though we make those decisions daily because we are intrinsically selfish, fickle and judgmental.

but if i find myself where causing suffering would be intuitive to me as a means to a goal, i will pursue such, only recognizing that i am human, and im not capable of vanquishing my disgusting selfish nature, if i were to deny it i would be just as disgusting as to embrace it, so i'm fucked either way. i don't remember the last time i have felt guilty for causing someone else pain, i don't think i have ever
