Morals don't exist. Good and bad are should be entirely replaced with optimal and un-optimal. All "good" and "bad" claims are goal dependent.

Society largely/broadly wants to continue to function. Therefore, anything that goes against the consensus is deemed as "bad." This is where crime becomes a thing.

However, the consensus is malleable.

What is "good" to lose weight?
What is "bad" to lose weight?
There is no good in kale vs a donut, ontologically.

We may as well substitute "good" with "optimal for stated goal" and bad with "un-optimal for stated goal."
