I feel dizzy as hell. Haven't eaten shit and been eating high. Potassium only. I lost 3kg of water weight tho in 1.5 day tho

When you go on a cut you are not supposed to cut out carbs. Only cut out carbs if you have a photoshoot or need to hit a specific weight for a fight or sumthing.

Bro I can't even eat 100g of carbs without getting bloated. I am literally bloatcel. I can't have any carbs in my system otherwise I bloat like a balloon

I've said it before in another post, but eating orange helped me a lot to keep my caloric intake low.

Water, green tea and coffee also helped me a lot, obviously without any sugar or stevia.

I am literally only eating nuts, fish, eggs and meat for my cals.

Yes, it sounds ridiculous because it has 0 calories, but I did this because it made the orange much more appetizing, somehow this sugar retention helped to give the orange a plus when I ate it (I am ignorant about sugar and sugar retention).

Like people be thinking I've starved myself cuz I look way leaner cuz of my debloat. Like 3 bodyfat percentage lower. And I feel way more focused and healthier and lighter. Like I can even video games better and read text faster. That bloat was giving me lots of brain fog
This is my 5th keto day btw
 
I'd say try it urself. But mostly likely it won't do much for u cuz U aren't a Bloatlord like me. When I eat one chocolate bar I'll hold on to 4kg of water jfl

I sometimes take an ibuprofen for bloating but pls don't take it if ur liver isn't strong as hell i had blood tests and everything :lul: just have balanced minerals and electrolytes in your body if u only eat potasium it wont do shit cause u lack other essentials trust (y)
 
Only solution is to go on a caloric deficit while still eating a high protein healthy diet and hitting the gym meanwhile
