The complainant, who was 17 at the time, reported the allegations to Chatham police on June 4, 2026.
She alleged that Clavicular was aware of her age, instructed her to claim she was 18 while livestreaming, and gave her vodka while making her believe it was water, causing her to become heavily intoxicated. She said that after the livestream, they kissed and had sex while she was “really drunk.” Although she did not verbally consent, she also said she did not tell him to stop. The following morning, she woke up to him already having sex with her and stated that she had not consented to either encounter.
Police examined clips from the livestream, in which both appeared flushed and she mentioned being drunk, as well as Uber records connecting Clavicular to the ride. No forensic examination was conducted. She later disclosed only part of the incident to a friend. Officers were unable to reach Clavicular by phone in late August. The investigator determined there was probable cause, relying primarily on the allegations regarding her intoxication and the provision of alcohol.
Clavicular’s arraignment is scheduled for October 14, 2026, in Orleans District Court
the woman had previously filed a civil lawsuit in Florida alleging sexual battery and other conduct, including an allegation that Peters later injected her face with a fat-dissolving substance during a livestream without her consent. Peters has denied those allegations as well
