I’m well informed about surgeries for example and haven’t learnt a single new thing in all the time I’ve been on here

My main area of knowledge is high level osteotomies and orthognathic surgery.

Although I’d need a couple of good people to cover other areas.

All of the important information you need is already out there, the additional threads every now and then are basically just information-recycled content and pretty water stuff. You would be better off logging out of this place than waiting for new "high iq" threads. The only real purpose of this forum for myself is to discuss some topics once in a while.
