Im guessing it may be from me going at it with less rest/more intensity but I am getting blindsided by random injuries
Haven't gone to the gym since the first, back starting to hurt again like shit and right now I have a pain in my lower heel/Achilles thats terrifying me
I have hit my PR in deadlifts and Squats recently so Im assuming constantly reaching for these is probably the cause of it. I have been lifting since 2018-19 consistently and have never been injured outside maybe a week from minor stuff. This is weird. Im on test/deca 250 and anavar 50mg (Cycling off on 14th)
