resistance training increases testosterone, bigger muscles means more resistance.

yes but not life changing

I read that it is only increased while the exercise is being performed

More syringes.

Bigger balls = more T production

That is why ball tanning is important

it doesn't last very long and only has a minimal affect on total/free levels, the biggest dudes naturally don't necessarily have the most testosterone but rather the most androgen receptors in their muscle tissue.

Do you know how to increase that?
Adrongens or androgen receptors)

no but the reverse is true

resistance training boosts their activity but it doesn't change the amount of receptors you have as far as I know, most people have at least one muscle group that excels above everything else.

having a good natural physique comes down to capitalizing on your strengths, if your chest is your strong point for example you better just roll with it instead of neglecting it in favor of a muscle group you'd rather have because that just gives you mediocre everything instead of a strong something.

You can’t change it’s density even tho supplements like L-Carnatine supposedly upregulate it

There are other ways like nucleus overload training that supposedly help with that & MTOR signaling that should overall benefit hypotrophy. Watch Team 3D Alpha for more on that
