no I created my own technique that’s combines full jaw strength will full toungue strength all targeting the roof of the mouth in fast action sequences. Just hard mewing is uncomfortable and nowhere near as effective

Ok for the method
It’s pretty simple kinda
1. first open your mouth, or swing your jaw open (you can also do this with your mouth closed)
2. Just put whole tongue on roof of the mouth
While constantly engaging the tongue and your jaw still being open
3. Then start using the full force of your jaw muscles to close your jaw WHILE YOUR TONGUE IS Still ENGAGED!! on the roof of your mouth. Then just open it again while it’s still engaged and do it all over again but as fast as possible.
Open and close as fast as possible with as much force as possible

Now the updated version uses toungue after the first jaw close or “jewt” this technique is called jewting

1. try to suction your toungue as much as possible while still engaging on the roof of your mouth, you suck then continue jaw closing and opening
you will feel burn on your palate

This will probably hurt you a lot since it’s your first time. But this will unlock dna… i said too much

I have figured this out in 2022 but I perfected it just last month lol. I just found out that tongue suction and make you tongue stick further down your palate giving waaay more force. The results have been insane i can post a couple months of progress fron Feb to December soon

Yeah but it’s all about the suction if you just do it without the suction the results won’t be that big the suction increase results by at least 3 times it’s verry tricky and hard to do it with full tongue suction but it’s worth it.
I only found out how to do it consistently like last month
